Drishti

Drishti

Vision: Eliminating preventable blindness and providing accessible, high-quality eye healthcare to underprivileged, rural, and urban-slum communities.

Project Drishti is a targeted healthcare initiative aimed at delivering end-to-end vision care. From early detection and free corrective eyewear to life-changing surgical interventions, the project bridges the critical healthcare gap for underserved populations.

  • Uncorrected Refractive Errors & Cataracts: Millions in marginalized areas suffer from avoidable vision loss due to lack of awareness, financial constraints, and limited medical infrastructure.
  • Economic Impact: Impaired vision restricts employability, reduces workplace productivity, and prevents school-aged children from achieving their full potential.
  • Community & School Screening Camps: Mobile medical teams set up diagnostic camps in rural pockets, government schools, and urban slums.
  • Free Eyeglasses Distribution: Providing immediate, custom-fitted corrective glasses to children and adults.
  • Surgical Interventions (Cataract & Specialized Care): Partnering with accredited eye hospitals to perform sutureless surgeries with zero cost burden on beneficiaries.
  • Awareness Drives: Educating local communities about eye hygiene, preventive care, and early warning signs.
